Scheduled Maintenance Notification

This Thursday, February 11, 2010 at 8am, we will be updating the port addresses used to access webmail and email administration. The ports associated with each service will be changed from 32,000 & 32,0001 to 80 & 443 repsectively.

The modification allows us to complete setup of Active Synch services for mobile devices, and abbreviates the address necessary to access webmail and email administration. All links on our website will be automatically updated at the time of change.

The table below explains explains the current and new settings.

NEW LINKS	(after we make the change)
Webmail	http://mail.gsws.com/webmail/

- Note, the only difference is the removal of 32000 in the address (making it shorter).
- There are no downtime or interruptions in service.
- There is no loss of email
- Email account settings (username/password/SMTP/IMAP/POP settings stay the same - there are no changes)
