EsqSites123.com is a leading provider of legal web site creation and hosting packages for lawyers.

Designed by lawyers for lawyers, with the input of solo practitioners. EsqSites123.com's mission to "level the playing field" for solos and small firms by creating new choices in the marketplace. The company's web based software allows solo and small firm practitioners to market their services on the internet at an affordable price.

Using EsqSites123.com’s web based software, busy legal professionals with no prior web programming skills can easily obtain a domain name and create a web site in less than an hour.

 

PROJECT SCOPE

GSWS was approached to by ESQ Sites in late 2008, to discuss the possibility of GSWS taking over the IT and development aspect of operations. The status quo of daily operations wasn't cutting it, and potentially could have led to other complications in the overall potential of the entire operation.

Over a several month period, GSWS worked closely with ESQ's CIO (Mike Shannon) to ensure a seamless transition of the information technology sector of the company. GSWS grew to learn ESQ's overall operation - along with the framework of the (then) current website application. GSWS also started providing ESQ clients with direct/additional customer support, improving their client's support level experience(s).

As things evolved, it was acknowledged that ESQ had outgrown what was initially developed, and it was necessary to redesign the application on which ESQ provided clients their service. For several months, GSWS and ESQ worked together, to design and develop the new application. The new website went live in February 2010, and we have already seen visitor conversions rates improve, and the entire customer experience has been brought to a new standard.
